Listing Activation & Visibility
The verified listing is published with structured data tags, roommate compatibility indicators, and real-time availability status. If a current resident is already living in the unit, their roommate profile can be linked to the listing so future roommates can review compatibility before touring. This allows future roommates to assess alignment before touring — reducing uncertainty and last-minute conflicts.
